if you look closely, you'll see that she's smiling ... and that's important - you're about to see why ...this was the next one - my darn flash has decided to work when it wants to, it didn't want to on this shot - ugh.
this was the next one ... she blinked! ... and then, my camera battery died - great. I got the battery charging and figured I'd do more later ...
unfortunately, later (I might add, I made Zoey go to sleep on her own for a nap in her crib today - when she woke up she was very cranky and I'm convinced she was mad at me) her and Liam were a bit feverish (she was ranging from 99-101, I tried to get it several times ... Liam was 99) and she got terribly fussy/cranky, so no photos were to be had. until she fell asleep, at which point I was too lazy to run upstairs for the battery so I just used my little point and shoot - big mistake ...
hello blurry goodness! UGH. oh well. I'm totally over having to have "perfect" photos on the exact dates any more. I figure, I take enough pics of my kids that in the end, it's not gonna matter. I got pics of her on her thirteen month birthday, that's all that counts - whether they're horrible or not. get happy again soon, my little princess - mama misses her "easy" baby!
